This notice is considered a contract; please read it carefully.
- All information provided by this platform (including pricing, style, deliverables, copyright guidelines, payment and refund policies, project timeline, etc.) is part of the terms of service. - Once a client submits a commission and enters the production process, it indicates that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to all rules.
Unread does not mean unrestrained and cannot be used as evidence in disputes.
- By carefully reading the contents of this page, the client is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the relevant rules and terms. - To ensure a smooth creative process, disputes and modification requests arising from "lack of understanding of the rules" will not be accepted.
Please raise any questions , before production begins.
- Please proactively inquire about all questions regarding delivery time, content, usage guidelines, format, style, etc., before commissioning. - Except for buyout or commercial licenses, all non-commercial commissioned works will be watermarked and used as examples. - All works will be displayed without watermarks in a private portfolio (this private portfolio will not be made public and is purely for personal use). - Once a work enters the production process, no objections or modifications related to the rules will be accepted to avoid affecting the overall production schedule and quality.
Statement of Liability for Minor Clients
- If you are under 18 years of age, please obtain explicit consent from your parents or guardians before making payment or submitting your commission. - The creator cannot actively verify the age of the client. Once payment and form submission are completed, it is considered that authorization and rule approval have been obtained from your legal guardian. - If any inability to pay, authorization disputes, or orders placed without consent occur due to age issues, the client (and their guardian) will bear all related responsibilities, and the creator reserves the right to terminate the commission.
